Deine Aufgaben

Als Junior Operations Manager (m/w/d) bist Du ein zentraler Teil unseres operativen Tagesgeschäfts und übernimmst von Anfang an echte Verantwortung an der Schnittstelle vieler Bereiche. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Abläufe mit Partnern und Kunden zuverlässig funktionieren, koordinierst Anliegen unserer Partner und stellst eine saubere Rechnungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung sicher. Gleichzeitig hinterfragst Du bestehende Abläufe und treibst deren Standardisierung und Automatisierung aktiv voran. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit Partner Management, Customer Success, Treasury, Accounting und Product zusammen.

Im Einzelnen:

  • Du bist operative Ansprechperson für unsere Partner und koordinierst partnerbezogene Anliegen
  • Du prüfst und erstellst Rechnungen und bereitest Zahlungen an unsere Partner vor
  • Du behältst Zahlungsstände und Zahlungsverzüge im Blick und stellst ein verlässliches Reporting sicher
  • Du klärst operative Sonderfälle und sorgst dafür, dass offene Themen konsequent gelöst werden
  • Du hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse und bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung und Vereinfachung ein
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit Product und anderen Teams an der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung unserer operativen Prozesse
  • Du baust Strukturen, Reportings und Standards mit auf, die mit unserem Wachstum skalieren
  • Du wächst mit der Rolle: Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst Du mehr Verantwortung, zum Beispiel die fachliche Anleitung von Praktikanten und Werkstudenten, und entwickelst Dich innerhalb unseres Operations-Bereichs weiter

Dein Talent

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, idealerweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, mit sehr guten Studienleistungen
  • Du steigst direkt nach Deinem Abschluss ein oder bringst bis zu zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
  • Relevante Praktika und/oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in einem Start-up, Scale-up oder einer renommierten Top-Unternehmensberatung
  • Erste Erfahrung in Operations, Customer Success, FinOps, Payment Operations oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Ein pragmatischer Blick für Prozesse: Du erkennst schnell, wo es hakt, und findest einen Weg, es besser zu machen
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und der Anspruch, Dich schnell weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel oder Google Sheets
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität
  • Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick und bringst Dinge zuverlässig zum Abschluss
  • Gutes Gespür für Menschen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und internen Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
