Buscamos um(a) profissional de Recrutamento e Seleção com perfil dinâmico, ágil, comunicativo e organizado, que tenha autonomia para conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta e comprometimento com as demandas e prazos da área.

A atuação será 100% focada em Recrutamento e Seleção, com maior volume de posições na área de Tecnologia, mas também envolvendo vagas de diferentes áreas, perfis e níveis de senioridade.

Procuramos alguém com capacidade para administrar diferentes processos simultaneamente, definir estratégias de busca, identificar bons profissionais e conduzir cada vaga com autonomia, desde o alinhamento inicial até a apresentação da proposta.

Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir processos completos de Recrutamento e Seleção, do alinhamento da vaga à apresentação da proposta;
  • Realizar o alinhamento dos perfis e requisitos das posições em aberto;
  • Definir estratégias de divulgação, atração e busca de candidatos;
  • Publicar e gerenciar vagas nas plataformas disponíveis;
  • Realizar triagem e análise de currículos;
  • Conduzir entrevistas e avaliar a aderência dos candidatos às posições;
  • Realizar hunting e busca ativa de profissionais;
  • Mapear o mercado e identificar potenciais candidatos;
  • Elaborar perfis e pareceres para apresentação dos candidatos aos gestores e clientes;
  • Acompanhar os candidatos durante todas as etapas do processo seletivo;
  • Conduzir alinhamentos e negociações para apresentação de propostas;
  • Administrar diferentes processos seletivos simultaneamente, estabelecendo prioridades e garantindo o andamento das vagas;
  • Manter organização e acompanhamento das demandas, atuando com agilidade e comprometimento com os prazos e entregas.
  • Ensino Superior ou Técnico completo ou em andamento;
  • Experiência prévia em Recrutamento e Seleção;
  • Experiência na condução de processos seletivos de ponta a ponta;
  • Experiência com recrutamento de profissionais da área de Tecnologia;
  • Vivência com diferentes perfis e níveis de senioridade;
  • Experiência com hunting e abordagem ativa de candidatos;
  • Conhecimento das principais plataformas de divulgação de vagas e busca de profissionais;
  • Capacidade para conduzir diversas vagas simultaneamente, organizando prioridades e prazos;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil ágil, organizado, proativo e com autonomia na condução das atividades;
  • Comprometimento e senso de responsabilidade sobre as demandas e entregas da área.

  • Experiência em empresas de outsourcing, consultorias ou ambientes com alto volume de processos seletivos;
  • Vivência com diferentes perfis de Tecnologia, como Suporte, Infraestrutura, Desenvolvimento, Segurança da
  • Informação, Dados e Cloud;
  • Experiência no recrutamento de posições de diferentes áreas além de Tecnologia.
