Buscamos um(a) Analista de QA – Sistemas Corporativos para atuar na definição e execução das estratégias de qualidade e testes das aplicações, garantindo que as soluções atendam aos requisitos funcionais, não funcionais e aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.

A posição terá forte interação com Desenvolvimento, Produto, Infraestrutura, Segurança da Informação e áreas de negócio.

Responsabilidades

  • Definir e executar estratégias de testes funcionais, não funcionais e de regressão;
  • Elaborar planos, cenários e casos de teste;
  • Executar testes manuais e automatizados;
  • Desenvolver e manter suítes de automação;
  • Validar aplicações Web, APIs e sistemas corporativos;
  • Realizar testes de integração entre sistemas;
  • Identificar, registrar e acompanhar defeitos;
  • Validar correções e apoiar análises de causa raiz;
  • Monitorar indicadores de qualidade;
  • Validar APIs REST e SOAP e integrações baseadas em mensageria;
  • Participar do ciclo de desenvolvimento desde as etapas iniciais;
  • Apoiar a definição dos critérios de aceite;
  • Participar das cerimônias ágeis;
  • Promover práticas de Shift Left Testing;
  • Apoiar integração dos testes aos pipelines CI/CD;
  • Promover padronização e documentação dos processos de qualidade.
  • Experiência sólida em Quality Assurance e testes de software;
  • Experiência com testes funcionais, regressivos e não funcionais;
  • Experiência com testes manuais e automatizados;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de automação para aplicações Web e APIs;
  • Experiência com testes de integração;
  • Conhecimento de REST, SOAP e mensageria;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de testes e defeitos;
  • Conhecimento de versionamento e pipelines CI/CD;
  • Familiaridade com práticas DevOps;
  • Experiência com Scrum e Kanban;
  • Perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e senso crítico;
  • Organização e capacidade de gestão de prioridades;
  • Forte orientação para qualidade e melhoria contínua.
