The posting

Buscamos um(a) profissional para integrar a área Financeira, com atuação nos processos de faturamento e suporte às rotinas administrativas relacionadas à emissão e controle de documentos fiscais.

A posição terá contato com diferentes áreas internas e clientes, sendo importante ter organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar demandas e prazos simultaneamente.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar a emissão e conferência de notas fiscais de serviços e/ou produtos;
  • Preparar e emitir faturas, boletos e demais documentos relacionados ao faturamento;
  • Acompanhar o processo de faturamento, desde o recebimento das informações até o envio da documentação aos clientes;
  • Conferir dados cadastrais, valores, condições comerciais e informações necessárias para emissão dos documentos;
  • Apoiar no controle de faturamentos realizados, pendências, cancelamentos e eventuais correções;
  • Atender solicitações e esclarecer dúvidas de clientes e áreas internas relacionadas ao faturamento;
  • Manter controles e informações da área atualizados em sistemas e planilhas;
  • Apoiar as demais rotinas administrativas e financeiras relacionadas à área.
  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia com rotinas de faturamento ou atividades financeiras relacionadas;
  • Conhecimento em emissão e conferência de notas fiscais eletrônicas;
  • Conhecimentos básicos sobre impostos, retenções e documentos fiscais;
  • Excel em nível intermediário;
  • Vivência com sistemas ERP;
  • Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com prazos.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com SAP, TOTVS ou outros sistemas ERP de mercado;
  • Vivência com faturamento de serviços;
  • Experiência com atendimento a clientes e interface com áreas comerciais, financeiras ou contábeis.

Informações adicionais

  • Remuneração: R$ 3.200,00 CLT + VR, VT, convênio médico e odontológico Amil;
  • Horário: das 08h00 às 17h00 de segunda a sexta;
  • Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido, indo de 2 a 3x presencial;
  • Local: Zona sul/SP.
