Buscamos um(a) Analista Sênior de Prevenção a Fraudes Sênior para atuar como referência técnica em estratégia e inteligência antifraude, com foco em análise transacional, motores de decisão, investigação de casos complexos e mitigação de riscos e perdas financeiras.

Responsabilidades

  • Criar, revisar e calibrar regras e cenários em motores de prevenção a fraudes;
  • Monitorar indicadores e comportamento transacional;
  • Identificar novos padrões e modalidades de fraude;
  • Buscar equilíbrio entre prevenção de perdas e redução de falsos positivos;
  • Atuar nos mecanismos relacionados ao Pix, incluindo MED e DICT;
  • Utilizar dados para identificar comportamentos suspeitos e novos padrões de fraude;
  • Atuar em conjunto com Segurança da Informação e SOC;
  • Liderar investigações de fraudes de alta complexidade;
  • Investigar casos de account takeover, fraude de identidade e fraudes operacionais;
  • Atuar como último nível técnico de escalonamento em casos suspeitos;
  • Apoiar processos de KYC e KYP;
  • Apoiar o desenho de jornadas seguras de onboarding;
  • Elaborar KPIs e relatórios de perdas, fraudes evitadas e eficiência operacional;
  • Orientar profissionais de menor senioridade;
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação, IA e Machine Learning aplicadas à prevenção a fraudes.
  • Experiência sólida em prevenção e investigação de fraudes;
  • Experiência com motores de decisão e ferramentas antifraude;
  • Conhecimento de meios de pagamento e operações transacionais;
  • Conhecimento do ecossistema Pix, MED e DICT;
  • Experiência em investigação de fraudes complexas;
  • Conhecimento de KYC e KYP;
  • Capacidade avançada de análise de dados;
  • Perfil investigativo e forte raciocínio analítico;
  • AWS QuickSight ou ferramentas similares de análise de dados;
  • Capacidade para atuar em cenários críticos e de alta pressão.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento de SQL;
  • Python ou R;
  • Experiência com ClearSale, Konduto ou soluções equivalentes;
  • Experiência em fintechs, bancos digitais ou empresas de meios de pagamento;
  • Conhecimentos em IA e Machine Learning aplicados à prevenção a fraudes.

  • Modelo de trabalho: 4 dias presenciais, 1 dia homeoffice;
  • Horário: 8h - 17h de segunda a sexta;
  • Local: Vila Olímpia;
  • Modelo de contratação: CLT efetivo
