The posting

Responsável pelo planejamento, acompanhamento e controle dos projetos de implantação, movimentação e desativação de ATMs (caixas eletrônicos). Garantindo cumprimento de prazos, qualidade na execução e alinhamento entre áreas internas e parceiros externos. Atuará como ponto focal do cronograma, indicadores e comunicação das iniciativas, assegurando visibilidade e eficiência operacional.

Cargo de registro para a posição será: Analista Implantação e Serviços I

Responsabilidades:

Gestão de Projetos de Implantação

  • Planejar e acompanhar cronogramas de implantação, movimentação e desativação de ATMs;
  • Atuar junto às áreas executoras para garantir cumprimento de prazos e padrões de qualidade;
  • Monitorar desvios e propor planos de ação para mitigação de impactos;
  • Negociar prazos e prioridades com stakeholders internos e externos.

Indicadores e Performance

  • Desenvolver e atualizar indicadores gerenciais de acompanhamento dos projetos;
  • Consolidar dados e elaborar relatórios executivos;
  • Apresentar resultados e status das implantações para áreas parceiras.

Melhoria Contínua

  • Identificar oportunidades de otimização nos fluxos de implantação;
  • Propor melhorias sistêmicas e operacionais;
  • Apoiar a homologação de novas funcionalidades no ATM Manager.

Planejamento Estratégico de Distribuição

  • Acompanhar o direcionamento e distribuição de ATMs para estoques regionais;
  • Garantir aderência à meta mensal de ativações.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logistica, ou área similar;
  • Vivência com acompanhamento de projetos operacionais ou implantações;
  • Elaboração de indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas;
  • Controle e monitoramento de cronogramas.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado (controle de bases, consolidação e análise de dados);
  • Ferramentas de controle de cronograma (ex.: MS Project, Planner, Monday, Smartsheet ou similares);
  • Ferramentas de apresentação e relatórios (PowerPoint ou similares);
  • Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de chamados ou plataformas de acompanhamento operacional.

  • Remuneração: 4.345,12 CLT
  • Benefícios: VR, VT, Assistência Médica e Odonto Amil, Seguro de Vida.
  • Horário: 08h às 17h de segunda à sexta;
  • Modelo: Híbrido.
