The posting

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Redes Pleno/Sênior para atuar na sustentação, administração e evolução do ambiente de redes corporativas.

O profissional será responsável pela configuração, monitoramento e troubleshooting de switches, roteadores e access points, conectividade cabeada e Wi-Fi, além de apoiar a disponibilidade, desempenho e estabilidade da infraestrutura de rede.

Atuará em conjunto com as equipes de infraestrutura, segurança, campo e operações na resolução de incidentes, implementação de melhorias e mudanças no ambiente.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar, configurar e prestar suporte à infraestrutura de redes LAN, WAN e Wi-Fi;
  • Configurar e realizar troubleshooting de switches, roteadores e access points;
  • Atuar na configuração e manutenção de VLANs, roteamento, NAT e ACLs;
  • Analisar problemas de conectividade, desempenho, latência, perda de pacotes e indisponibilidade;
  • Realizar testes e diagnósticos de conectividade cabeada e wireless;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho e a disponibilidade dos ativos e links de comunicação;
  • Atuar na identificação e resolução de incidentes relacionados à infraestrutura de redes;
  • Apoiar configurações e troubleshooting de serviços relacionados à rede, como DNS e DHCP;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de monitoramento para análise preventiva e identificação de falhas;
  • Documentar configurações, topologias, procedimentos técnicos e mudanças realizadas no ambiente;
  • Atuar em conjunto com fornecedores, operadoras e demais equipes técnicas na resolução de incidentes;
  • Apoiar projetos de expansão, atualização e melhoria da infraestrutura de redes;
  • Seguir os processos de gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças adotados pela empresa.
  • Experiência em administração e suporte de redes corporativas;
  • Conhecimento sólido de TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, NAT e ACLs;
  • Experiência com configuração e troubleshooting de switches, roteadores e access points;
  • Conhecimento em equipamentos Cisco, HPE Aruba, Mikrotik ou tecnologias equivalentes;
  • Experiência com ambientes LAN, WAN e redes Wi-Fi;
  • Conhecimento em protocolos de roteamento, principalmente OSPF;
  • Conhecimento de serviços de rede como DNS, DHCP, NTP e RADIUS;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento como Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, Grafana ou similares;
  • Capacidade de análise e troubleshooting de problemas de conectividade e desempenho;
  • Conhecimentos de ITSM e processos de gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças.
  • Experiência com administração e monitoramento de firewalls;
  • Conhecimentos de segurança de redes, segmentação, controle de acesso e hardening;
  • Conhecimentos em ambientes Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID e GPO;

Desejável:

  • Conhecimentos em ambientes Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu ou Debian); Conhecimentos em proxy, LDAP e serviços web; Familiaridade com análise de logs, eventos de segurança, IOCs e conceitos de resposta a incidentes; Conhecimentos de automação de atividades de redes.
