The posting

Esta posição é para atuar em campo, prestando suporte técnico de infraestrutura e atendimento a usuários em diferentes clientes. Você será responsável por identificar e resolver problemas de hardware, software e rede, garantindo a continuidade dos serviços de TI no ambiente do cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimentos técnicos presenciais em diversos clientes, conforme cronograma ou chamados abertos.
  • Prestar suporte a usuários finais (Windows, Office 365, impressoras, rede, login, e-mail, etc.).
  • Diagnosticar e resolver falhas em estações de trabalho, periféricos e conexões de rede.
  • Instalar, configurar e atualizar softwares e equipamentos.
  • Acompanhar solicitações abertas via sistema de chamados (ticketing).
  • Garantir a documentação adequada dos atendimentos realizados.
  • Atuar com postura consultiva e boa comunicação com o cliente.
  • Reportar ao time central eventuais problemas críticos ou fora do escopo.
  • Ensino técnico ou superior, completo ou cursando, em TI, Sistemas, Redes ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês intermediário a avançado para conversação.
  • Experiência prévia em suporte técnico presencial ou field support.
  • Conhecimentos em: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory. Rede (IP, DNS, DHCP, cabeamento). Instalação/configuração de equipamentos (notebooks, desktops, impressoras, etc.).

Informações adicionais:

  • Remuneração: R$ 3.396,70 CLT + VR, VT, assistência médica e odontológica;
  • Horário: segunda a sexta das 08h às 17h;
  • Importante ter disponiblidade para deslocamentos em São Paulo e região.
