The posting

Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Infraestrutura com forte experiência técnica e perfil hands-on para liderar a sustentação e evolução de um ambiente de TI crítico e de alta disponibilidade.

A posição será responsável pela gestão da operação de infraestrutura, combinando liderança de equipe, gestão de fornecedores e atuação próxima ao ambiente técnico. O desafio envolve garantir estabilidade, disponibilidade e segurança dos serviços, além de promover evolução de processos, melhoria de SLAs, automação, governança e otimização de custos.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar a operação de infraestrutura de TI, abrangendo cloud AWS, servidores, redes, telecom, banco de dados, data center, Service Desk, Field Service e ambiente corporativo;
  • Liderar equipe interna de aproximadamente 9 profissionais, garantindo organização, priorização, acompanhamento das entregas e desenvolvimento técnico;
  • Garantir estabilidade e disponibilidade de ambientes produtivos críticos com operação 24x7;
  • Gerenciar ambiente AWS com aproximadamente 100 servidores e diferentes workloads em Linux e Windows;
  • Acompanhar e direcionar a administração de Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, autenticação e demais serviços corporativos;
  • Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria de SLA, disponibilidade, performance e qualidade dos serviços de infraestrutura;
  • Gerenciar fornecedores, contratos e serviços terceirizados, acompanhando indicadores, SLAs, qualidade das entregas e oportunidades de redução de custos;
  • Atuar na gestão de incidentes críticos, problemas, mudanças e atividades produtivas realizadas fora do horário comercial quando necessário;
  • Apoiar projetos relacionados a redes, segurança da informação, automação, observabilidade, continuidade e evolução da infraestrutura;
  • Fortalecer processos e controles utilizando boas práticas de ITIL, COBIT e ISO 27001;
  • Apoiar iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua, buscando redução de atividades manuais e aumento da eficiência operacional;
  • Participar da preparação dos ambientes e processos para auditorias e avaliações de segurança e conformidade;
  • Atuar de forma próxima ao Diretor de TI, fornecedores e áreas de negócio, transformando necessidades em soluções tecnicamente viáveis, estáveis e sustentáveis.
  • Formação superior completa;
  • Experiência sólida em infraestrutura de TI e ambientes de alta criticidade;
  • Experiência anterior em posições de liderança como Gerente, Coordenador ou liderança técnica sênior;
  • Vivência prática com AWS e sustentação de workloads críticos em cloud;
  • Experiência com ambientes de operação 24x7 e alta disponibilidade;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em redes e conectividade, incluindo Cisco, Fortinet, SD-WAN e telecom;
  • Conhecimentos em Windows Server, Active Directory e Linux;
  • Conhecimentos em Kubernetes e Microsoft 365;
  • Experiência com monitoração e observabilidade, incluindo ferramentas como Zabbix;
  • Experiência com ferramentas e processos de ITSM, como TopDesk ou soluções equivalentes;
  • Experiência na gestão de fornecedores, contratos, outsourcing e SLAs;
  • Vivência com gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças em ambientes produtivos;
  • Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação, troubleshooting e interação com tecnologias e fornecedores;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em São Paulo e para sobreaviso ou intervenções fora do horário comercial quando necessárias.

Certificações obrigatórias

  • ITIL;
  • AWS;
  • PMP.

Diferenciais

  • Certificação CISSP;
  • Conhecimento de COBIT e ISO 27001;
  • Experiência com auditorias, segurança da informação e ambientes regulados;
  • Experiência em empresas dos segmentos de seguros, serviços financeiros, logística, gerenciamento de riscos ou operações de missão crítica.
