* Objetivo do trabalho: O assistente de Recursos Humanos tem a função de dar suporte nas atividades administrativas da área, colaborando com a gestão de pessoas e promovendo um ambiente de trabalho saudável. A função é fundamental para garantir que as políticas de recursos humanos sejam implementadas de forma eficaz, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e a integração dos colaboradores.

* Responsabilidades:

- Realizar recrutamento e seleção de candidatos, realizando triagens curriculares e agendando entrevistas, garantindo que o processo ocorra de maneira eficiente.

- Apoiar na organização e execução de treinamentos e eventos internos, contribuindo para a capacitação e integração dos colaboradores.

- Manter atualizados os registros de funcionários no sistema de gestão de recursos humanos, assegurando a precisão das informações.

- Colaborar no processo de admissão e demissão, preparando a documentação necessária e assegurando o cumprimento das normas legais.

- Realizar atividades de apoio à folha de pagamento, acompanhando a entrega de documentação e auxiliando na conferência das informações.

- Atender colaboradores para esclarecer dúvidas sobre benefícios e políticas da empresa, promovendo um bom relacionamento e comunicação interna.

* Qualificações:

- Conhecimento prático em rotinas de recursos humanos, incluindo recrutamento, seleção e administração de pessoal.

- Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para interagir de forma profissional com colaboradores e candidatos.

- Capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo, com atenção aos detalhes nas atividades executadas.

- Familiaridade com o uso de sistemas de gestão de pessoas e pacote Office (especialmente Excel e Word).

* Qualificações educacionais: Formação em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins, preferencialmente com conclusão do ensino superior ou em curso.

* Experiências profissionais: Experiência anterior em estágios ou cargos de apoio na área de Recursos Humanos será um diferencial, valorizando vivências que contribuam para a capacidade de desenvolvimento das atividades.

* CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES: Conhecimento prático em rotinas administrativas e de recursos humanos, com familiaridade suficiente para navegar nas atividades diárias da área.
