Summary BeMore STaffing is actively recruiting seasoned Maintenance Technicians for temporary and potential permanent roles across various apartment complexes in the region. The ideal applicant will possess practical expertise in residential upkeep, construction techniques, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair work. Applicants who hold HVAC training or EPA certification are highly encouraged to submit their applications. Responsibilities * Execute a wide range of maintenance duties, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry, and painting. * Maintain and repair structural elements such as fixtures, appliances, doors, cabinetry, walls, and outdoor spaces. * Provide outstanding service to residents, clients, and colleagues. * Address resident service requests with promptness and professionalism. * Ensure all units meet established standards prior to new tenant move-ins. * Carry out scheduled annual preventative maintenance procedures. * Support groundskeeping activities when necessary. * Contribute to special projects as directed by management. Requirements * HVAC certification is preferred, though not mandatory; EPA certification is considered a significant asset. * At least six months of maintenance experience within an apartment community or comparable setting. * Demonstrated working knowledge of HVAC systems, with the capability to maintain, repair, or replace them being preferred. * A valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation is mandatory. * Successful completion of a background check is required. * Ownership of basic hand tools needed for daily tasks is essential. * Must be dependable and capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team. #Recruit
