Job Description Summary
The Department of English and Media Studies invites applications for future adjunct positions in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) expository writing to teach fully matriculated undergraduate students. The ESOL Program seeks applicants with a specialization in TESOL and a record of excellence in university instruction in expository writing.
Preference will be given to candidates with an appropriate terminal degree and facility in the use of information technology in the classroom.

Salary Range:
Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collective bargaining agreement between Bentley University and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 509.
For the 2025–26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensated at a rate of $7,225.00 per course.
Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will be compensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
