Responsável pela condução técnica e gestão de projetos de implantação de novos clientes ou novos produtos na plataforma, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, validando todas as etapas e uma experiência positiva ao cliente.

Atua de ponta a ponta, desde o Kick-off até a entrada em produção, sendo responsável pela articulação entre áreas internas e pelo alinhamento com o cliente. Deve possuir perfil técnico, com capacidade de entender integrações e processos (especialmente relacionados a folha de pagamento, não sendo um pré-requisito obrigatório), além de garantir a organização e atualização das informações do projeto em ferramentas como Pipefy.

Principais responsabilidades

• Gestão de Projetos: Conduzir o processo de implantação, incluindo definição de escopo, cronograma, atividades, responsáveis e acompanhamento de riscos.

• Comunicação com o cliente: Atuar como ponto focal técnico, participando de reuniões, alinhando expectativas e garantindo clareza nas entregas em conjunto com o time de relacionamento.

• Organização e governança do projeto: Manter o Pipefy (ou ferramenta similar) atualizado com status, prazos, responsáveis e próximos passos, garantindo visibilidade e controle do projeto.

• Atuação técnica: Compreender os requisitos técnicos do cliente, incluindo integrações e particularidades de sistemas (como folha de pagamento), apoiando na definição e validação das soluções implementadas.

• Resolução de Problemas/Melhoria contínua: Identificar e atuar de forma proativa na resolução de impedimentos e riscos do projeto. Sugerir e implementar melhorias no processo de onboarding, visando ganho de eficiência, redução de prazos e melhor experiência do cliente.

• Alinhamento interno: Garantir que as áreas envolvidas estejam informadas e alinhadas sobre o andamento e entregas do projeto.

Competências Técnicas

  • Experiência em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em implantação de sistemas ou onboarding de clientes
  • Perfil técnico, com capacidade de entender integrações e fluxos sistêmicos
  • Conhecimento ou familiaridade com processos de folha de pagamento (diferencial, não obrigatório)
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (ex: Pipefy, Jira, Trello ou similares)
  • Capacidade de estruturar e acompanhar cronogramas, tarefas e entregas
