  • Principais Responsabilidades:

Desenvolver e manter a infraestrutura, frontend e backend do Integrador de Benefícios.

Construir softwares confiaveis, faceis de manter, resilientes e que sejamos proativos aos problemas dos nossos clientes. Não podemos esperar um cliente vir com um problema.

Ser responsável pela produção e disponibilização dos dados para ingestão no datalake.

Dar visibilidade sobre o progresso do desenvolvimento para as partes interessadas.

Criar uma arquitetura parametrizável que permita a fácil adição de novas empresas, sistemas de folha e fornecedores de beneficios parceiros.

Realizar testes e validações para assegurar a qualidade e o desempenho do Integrador.

Documentar o código e as soluções técnicas implementadas durante o desenvolvimento.
