Como Staff Product Designer, você atuará de ponta a ponta no desenvolvimento de produtos digitais, combinando visão estratégica, excelência em execução e liderança técnica para evoluir a experiência dos nossos usuários e a maturidade de Product Design da Benup.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar desde a compreensão do problema até a entrega da solução, transformando desafios de negócio em experiências de produto relevantes e de alto impacto.
  • Conduzir discovery, estruturar hipóteses, prototipar, validar soluções e iterar continuamente com base em dados e feedbacks de clientes.
  • Mapear jornadas end-to-end (RH, colaboradores, parceiros e operação), considerando fluxos, exceções e regras de negócio.
  • Criar fluxos e protótipos em alta fidelidade, garantindo qualidade da experiência e um handoff claro para Engenharia.
  • Questionar requisitos, propor alternativas e participar ativamente das decisões de produto em parceria com Produto, Engenharia e demais stakeholders.
  • Acompanhar a evolução das funcionalidades após o lançamento, coletando aprendizados e propondo melhorias contínuas.
  • Planejar e apoiar estratégias de rollout e go-to-market por meio da criação de materiais, apresentações, documentações e treinamentos.
  • Utilizar Inteligência Artificial para acelerar processos de pesquisa, ideação, prototipação e exploração de soluções.
  • Evoluir e garantir a consistência do Design System e dos padrões de experiência da plataforma.
  • Atuar como referência técnica para o time de Design, contribuindo para a evolução das práticas, processos e da maturidade da disciplina dentro da Benup.

  • Experiência sólida com Product Design em produtos digitais.
  • Vivência com discovery, pesquisa, validação de hipóteses e experimentação.
  • Forte pensamento sistêmico e capacidade de estruturar problemas complexos.
  • Experiência em mapeamento de jornadas, prototipação e Design Systems.
  • Facilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com Produto, Engenharia e stakeholders de negócio.
  • Comunicação e capacidade de influenciar decisões.
  • Perfil hands-on, com autonomia, senso de dono e orientação para resultados.
  • Interesse em utilizar IA para potencializar processos de Design.
