Omschrijving

Wij zijn op zoek naar een interim toezichthouder voor een jeugdzorgorganisatie in Noord-Holland. De organisatie biedt ambulante zorg aan jeugdigen, gezinnen en jongvolwassenen en werkt samen met gemeenten in de regio.

Als interim toezichthouder lever je een actieve bijdrage aan toezicht, reflectie en strategische advisering. Je bent sparringpartner voor de bestuurder en de ledenraad, en bewaakt samen met de overige toezichthouders de continuïteit, kwaliteit en maatschappelijke opdracht van de organisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de organisatie en het beleid van de bestuurder
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de bestuurder en de ledenraad
  • Meedenken over de strategische koers van de organisatie
  • Bewaken van continuïteit, kwaliteit en maatschappelijke opdracht
  • Signaleren van relevante ontwikkelingen in het zorglandschap en de governance

Wat vragen wij?

  • Academisch werk- en denkniveau
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als toezichthouder, als lid van een Raad van Commissarissen of Raad van Toezicht (harde eis)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling, transitiemanagement en governance
  • Ervaring met organisatie- en/of bedrijfskundige vraagstukken
  • Vermogen om op strategisch niveau mee te denken en te adviseren
  • Affiniteit met de jeugdzorg, het sociaal domein of de publieke sector
  • Bij voorkeur een relevant netwerk in de regio Noord-Holland
  • Integer, analytisch, betrokken en een stevige maar constructieve gesprekspartner

Informatie

Duur van de opdracht: circa 6 maanden

Locatie: Noord-Holland

Tijdsbesteding: circa 4 tot 8 uur per maand

Contractvorm: tijdelijke benoeming
