Omschrijving

Wij zijn voor het Ministerie van Financiën – DG Herstel op zoek naar twee ervaren Programmamanagers Financieel Herstel. Binnen het directoraat-generaal Herstel Toeslagen werk je aan een maatschappelijk complexe en bestuurlijk gevoelige opgave: het financieel afronden van de aanvullende schadevergoeding voor gedupeerde ouders van de toeslagenaffaire uiterlijk eind 2027.

Om deze ambitie te realiseren wordt extra programmatische slagkracht toegevoegd. Als Programmamanager speel je een sleutelrol in het verbinden van beleid, uitvoering en communicatie. Je vertaalt strategische doelstellingen naar concrete resultaten en zorgt ervoor dat verbeterinitiatieven daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd binnen een omgeving met meerdere stakeholders, uitvoeringsorganisaties en bestuurlijke belangen.

Je opereert op het snijvlak van programmamanagement, verandermanagement en stakeholdermanagement. Daarbij lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van processen, het versterken van de dienstverlening en het creëren van bestuurlijke sturing op de resultaten van het herstelprogramma.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het vertalen van strategische sturingsbesluiten naar concrete projecten en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Het ontwikkelen van interventies op het gebied van beleid, uitvoering en communicatie.
  • Het coördineren en realiseren van beleidsmaatregelen en organisatiebrede verbeteringen.
  • Het aansturen en begeleiden van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Het samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders binnen een complex bestuurlijk en maatschappelijk speelveld.
  • Het bijdragen aan vraagstukken rondom productiesturing, procesoptimalisatie, opschaling en ketensamenwerking.
  • Het realiseren van de doelstellingen rondom de afronding van het financieel hersteltraject voor gedupeerde ouders

Wat vragen wij?

Eisen:

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbaar wo werk- en denkniveau, verkregen via een afgeronde wo-opleiding en/of minimaal vijf jaar werkervaring op wo-niveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal zeven jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement of programmamanagement in een vergelijkbare rol.

Aanvullende wensen:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met project- en/of programmamanagement binnen productie-, inrichtings- en productiesturingsvraagstukken.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met project- en/of programmamanagement rondom opschalingsvraagstukken.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met project- en/of programmamanagement binnen ketenvraagstukken en complexe samenwerkingsverbanden.
