Du kennst den Flugmarkt, denkst wirtschaftlich und hast ein Gespür für starke Partnerschaften? Dann übernimm bei uns Verantwortung für den Einkauf und die Steuerung unseres Flugportfolios.

Als Flight Contracting Manager sorgst du dafür, dass wir attraktive Flugkonditionen, verlässliche Partner und wettbewerbsfähige Angebote für unsere Kund:innen sichern. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Teams und externen Airlines zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios bei.

Flight Contracting & Einkauf

  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Flugkontingenten, Konditionen und Verträgen mit Airlines und weiteren Partnern
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Fluggesellschaften und Dienstleistern
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Flugportfolios

Marktbeobachtung & Analyse

  • Analyse von Markt-, Preis- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Optimierung von Einkauf, Verfügbarkeiten und Konditionen
  • Beobachtung relevanter Trends und Entwicklungen im Airline- und Touristikmarkt

Steuerung & Zusammenarbeit

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktmanagement, Revenue Management, Operations und Vertrieb
  • Abstimmung von Kapazitäten, Verfügbarkeiten und kommerziellen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Reiseangebote

Reporting & Optimierung

  • Analyse relevanter KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Vertragsstrukturen
  • Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Ziele im Flight Contracting

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Flight Contracting, Einkauf oder Produktmanagement – idealerweise im touristischen Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Airline- und Touristikmarktes
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Partnern
  • Starkes analytisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise touristischen Buchungs- oder Reservierungssystemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
