RESPONSABILIDADES INDIVIDUALES

Gestionar el canal de ventas regional de Grandes Cuentas en estrecha colaboración con los responsables de KA para grandes clientes y de forma independiente para pequeñas KA.

Impulsar las ventas, cerrar acuerdos - tomar medidas para todos los temas relacionados con las ventas en el territorio KAM

Fomentar la dirección de ventas omnicanal - distribuir activamente contactos a canales alternativos; centrarse en clientes de alto potencial para visitas individuales

Preparar, planificar y finalizar las visitas a los clientes; promover y centrarse en la venta basada en aplicaciones; posicionar a Berner como marca de primera calidad, líder en productos químicos y asesor comercial fiable Gestionar las objeciones/reclamaciones de entrega/calidad, negociar los términos y condiciones, gestionar activamente el margen. Garantizar la calidad de los datos en los sistemas (tarjeta de cliente, informes de interacción, etc.) Gestionar y cumplir el plan de visitas/contacto. Analizar e impulsar todos los KPI relacionados con el área de ventas, especialmente las ventas y el margen neto para sus clientes en todos los canales; informar regularmente al superior, alinear los planes de acción y asegurarse de cumplir los objetivos/presupuestos de ventas.

RESPONSABILIDADES COMPARTIDAS

Implantación de conceptos de precios, impacto en los márgenes, posicionamiento de la marca Planificar anualmente y alinear los objetivos operativos anuales y los planes de ventas (en coordinación con el responsable de zona). Apoyar al equipo de ventas (representantes de ventas; canales alternativos) para lograr el máximo desempeño Compartir información sobre los clientes Alinear las prioridades de los clientes en todos los canales Trabajar codo con codo con los equipos de ventas
