Dein Beitrag zum ERFOLG – was du bei uns bewegst

  • Du führst ein engagiertes Vertriebsteam mit 10-14 Außendienstmitarbeitern, förderst individuelle Stärken und sorgst für eine motivierende und erfolgreiche Arbeitsatmosphäre
  • Du sorgst für die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele, identifizierst Marktpotentiale und optimierst die Vertriebsgebiete in deiner Region
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du nachhaltige Strategien zur langfristigen Kundenbindung und steuerst sämtliche Aktivitäten in deiner Region und hältst diese nach
  • Du stellst eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Außendienst und Innendienst sicher
  • Mit strukturiertem Onboarding, individueller Förderung und digitalen Lernplattformen machst du aus Talenten echte Vertriebsprofis
  • Du nutzt moderne Systeme und Tools, die den Vertrieb effizienter, transparenter und kundenorientierter machen

Dein Profil – was du mitbringst

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung bzw. Studium
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Vertriebsteams bringst du mit
  • Als erfahrener Profi im Direktvertrieb weißt du, wie du dein Team qualifizierst und erfolgreich machst
  • Dank deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit gewinnst du das Vertrauen deiner Kunden und baust stabile Beziehungen auf
  • Du willst Erfolge im Außendienst erzielen und arbeitest stark ergebnisorientiert
