Was erwartet dich:

  • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von bis zu zwölf Außendienstmitarbeitern
  • Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Absatz und Ergebnis im definierten Verkaufsgebiet
  • Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Steuerung der Vertriebsaktivitäten und konsequente Umsetzung der Berner Vertriebsstrategie
  • Analyse und Steuerung relevanter Vertriebskennzahlen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Planung, Organisation und Leitung von Verkaufs- und Teamtagungen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise im Bau- und Handwerksumfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Direktvertrieb
  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Vertriebsinstrumenten
  • Eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie einer hohen Erfolgsorientierung
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Verantwortungsgebietes
