Vacatureomschrijving

In samenwerking met je collega’s van de boekhoudafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Je bereidt de leveranciersbetalingen en andere betalingen voor België en Frankrijk voor;
  • Je stelt de cashrapporteringen op;
  • Je beheert de kredietlijnen;
  • Je beheert de leasing- en rentingcontracten en de leningen op korte en lange termijn;
  • Je verzorgt de telefonische permanentie en volgt de herinneringen van leveranciers op;
  • Je beheert de kredietverzekeringen en bankwaarborgen;
  • Je geeft de omzet aan bij Atradius;
  • Je volgt de klantendekkingen en schadegevallen op;
  • Je maakt de projecten aan in het boekhoudsysteem;
  • Je volgt klanten en betalingsherinneringen op, evenals klantengeschillen;
  • Je volgt intern de goedkeuring van facturen op;
  • Je draagt bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van het bedrijf op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit.

Functie-eisen

  • Minimum vereiste opleiding: Je hebt een diploma Boekhouding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een boekhoudafdeling.
  • Professionele ervaring: Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen een boekhoudafdelingin een bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Talen: Vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Competenties: Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig, georganiseerd,flexibel en proactief. Je werkt graag in teamverband. Je bent stressbestendig en kunt deadlines respecteren. Je werkt vlot met cijfers en digitale tools, waaronder Excel. Kennis van Microsoft Business Central is een pluspunt.
