Description du poste

En collaboration avec vos collègues du département Comptabilité, vous êtes responsable des tâches suivantes ;

  • Vous préparez les paiements des fournisseurs et les autres paiements pour la Belgique et la France;
  • Vous préparez les reportings de trésorerie (« cash ») ;
  • Vous assurez la gestion des lignes de crédit ;
  • Vous gérez les leasings, les rentings ainsi que les emprunts à court et à long terme ;
  • Vous assurez la permanence téléphonique et le suivi des rappels des fournisseurs ;
  • Vous gérez les assurances-crédits et les cautions bancaires ;
  • Vous déclarez le chiffre d’affaires auprès d’Atradius ;
  • Vous assurez le suivi des couvertures clients et des sinistres ;
  • Vous créez les projets dans le système comptable ;
  • Vous assurez le suivi et les rappels des clients, ainsi que le suivi des litiges clients ;
  • Vous assurez le suivi interne des approbations de factures ;
  • Vous contribuez à l’amélioration continue de l’entreprise en Sécurité, Santé, Environnement & Qualité.

Qualifications

  • Formation de base : Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme en Comptabilité ou avez une expérience équivalente dans un service Comptabilité
  • Expérience professionnelle : Vous avez une première expérience dans un service comptabilité, en entreprise.
  • Langues : Bilingue Français / Néerlandais avec de bonnes notions d’Anglais.
  • Compétences : Vous avez envie d’apprendre. Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), flexible et pro-actif(ve). Vous aimez travailler en équipe. Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress et pouvez respecter les deadlines. Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et les outils informatiques (Excel). La connaissance de Microsoft Business Central est un plus.
