BESIX Unitec is als full service partner gespecialiseerd in hoogstaande infrastructuuroplossingen.

Vanuit Schelle werk je voor BESIX Infra Support – het shared service center voor de gespecialiseerde aannemers van de BESIX Group (www.besix.com). We bieden voornamelijk diensten aan voor BESIX Unitec (www.besixunitec.com) en BESIX Infra (www.besixinfra.com), evenals de dochterondernemingen van deze bedrijven. BESIX Infra Support is opzoek naar een Manager Business Controlling voor haar vestiging in Schelle waarbij je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de CFO.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je bouwt een diepgaande kennis op van de organisatie, de projecten en operationele processen, en begrijpt de financiële impact van beslissingen op de resultaten.
  • Je stuurt het business controlling team aan, zowel voor interne projecten als voor projecten met externe partners (JV).
  • Je vertaalt financiële en operationele data naar heldere managementinformatie en ondersteunt de directie met onderbouwde inzichten en aanbevelingen.
  • Je analyseert resultaten, identificeert trends en opportuniteiten, en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties voor operationele en strategische optimalisatie.
  • Samen met de business controllers stuur je het maandelijkse performanceproces aan, bewaak je de financiële resultaten en ontwikkel je betrouwbare forecasts en scenarioanalyses.
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt een transparante analytische structuur rond project-, business- en financiële data die een efficiënte rapportering en besluitvorming ondersteunt.
  • Je ontwerpt, automatiseert en optimaliseert periodieke en ad-hoc rapporteringen, dashboards en managementanalyses.
  • Je neemt een voortrekkersrol op in de verdere professionalisering van Business Control en initieert verbetertrajecten rond processen, systemen en datakwaliteit.
  • Je vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar meetbare KPI’s, monitort de prestaties en formuleert proactief aanbevelingen om strategische doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Je ondersteunt de jaarlijkse budgetcyclus en coördineert het budgetteringsproces in nauwe samenwerking met de business.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, consistentie en betrouwbaarheid van financiële en operationele data.
  • Je voert diepgaande rendabiliteitsanalyses uit op projecten, klanten, business units en investeringen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, Operations, IT en Project Management om datagedreven besluitvorming binnen de organisatie verder te versterken.
  • Je stimuleert de verdere digitalisering en automatisering van rapporterings- en controllingprocessen, onder andere via BI-tools en ERP-systemen.
  • Je neemt een centrale rol op in de succesvolle implementatie en uitrol van ons nieuwe ERP-platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Je fungeert als business partner voor de directie en ondersteunt hen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO.

Functie-eisen

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt een Master Handelsingenieur, TEW of Handelswetenschappen.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen controlling in een projectgedreven omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projecten en werven binnen de bouwsector en begrijpt de financiële dynamiek van een werf.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een groeiende, complexe en dynamische omgeving.
  • Je leert snel, werkt zelfstandig en hebt een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een kritische blik op cijfers en processen.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met Navision, business central en kennis van Power BI zijn een plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
