Description du poste

Vous êtes passionné par les méthodes de construction et la maîtrise des délais ?

Chez Jacques Delens, votre rôle va bien au-delà de la mise à jour d’un planning.

En collaboration avec les gestionnaires de projet vous construisez des plannings réalistes et identifiez les meilleures stratégies pour optimiser les délais de nos chantiers. Vous avez un regard critique, vous challengez les équipes, anticipez les risques et proposez des solutions lorsque le projet s'écarte de sa trajectoire. Vous êtes un partenaire des équipes chantier, capable de transformer un planning en véritable outil de pilotage et d’amélioration de la performance

Vos responsabilités

  • Définir et optimiser les séquences de construction
  • Elaborer et suivre les plannings des projets
  • Identifier les risques de retard et les chemins critiques
  • Analyser les écarts entre le planning et la réalité du chantier
  • Proposer des actions correctives et des scénarios de rattrapage
  • Accompagner et challenger les équipes projet afin de garantir la maîtrise des délais
  • Faire un reporting régulier envers la direction

Qualifications

  • Ingénieur civil ou industriel des constructions
  • Expérience semblable de min. 3 ans
  • Bonne compréhension des méthodes constructives
  • Intérêt marqué pour l’optimisation et le suivi des délais
  • Personnalité assertive, capable de dialoguer et de challenger des gestionnaires de projet expérimentés
  • Maîtrise parfaite du Français
  • Maîtrise de MS Project, Primavera ou outils similaires
