For over 70 years Bethanie has been warmly welcoming older West Australians into a caring and personal environment. We’re a leading, trusted not-for-profit organisation, and we’re proudly local to Western Australia, welcoming people in our aged care homes, retirement villages, community housing and more. We are currently seeking experienced Physiotherapist to provide support to our residents at Bethanie Bert England Lodge in Rockingham. This role is offered on a part-time Basis. The successful candidate must be available to work 12 hours per week. We can be flexible with your preferred work pattern. The Role

Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and prescribing individualised physiotherapy interventions for clients. Planning, developing, and overseeing an engaging group-based therapy and wellness programs at the aged care home. Delivering client-centred wellness and reablement programs, supported by goal-focused care plans that promote independence and quality of life. Providing evidence-based assessments, interventions, and therapy programme tailored to each client’s needs. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for customers and their families.

A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy. Current registration as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinical information systems. Well-developed clinical assessment and report-writing skills. Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. A current National Police Clearance, or the willingness to obtain one prior to commencement. A willingness to obtain and maintain required COVID-19 and annual influenza vaccinations in line with organisational requirements.
