O Coordenador(a) de Produção é responsável por liderar as operações produtivas da unidade, garantindo a segurança das pessoas, a qualidade dos produtos, o cumprimento do plano de produção e a eficiência dos processos. Atua de forma estratégica na gestão das equipes, indicadores e melhoria contínua, promovendo a estabilidade operacional e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da fábrica. Além disso, é fundamental que o profissional tenha forte capacidade de liderança, visão analítica e foco em resultados.

Atividades

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar as operações de produção, assegurando o cumprimento das metas de Segurança, Qualidade, Entrega, Custo e Pessoas;
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar supervisores, líderes e equipes operacionais;
  • Garantir o cumprimento do plano de produção, promovendo estabilidade dos processos e produtividade;
  • Monitorar indicadores industriais, como OEE, Scrap, Eficiência, OTIF e produtividade, conduzindo planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Manutenção, Engenharia, Qualidade, Processos e Supply Chain para garantir a continuidade operacional;
  • Liderar projetos de melhoria contínua, redução de desperdícios e aumento da eficiência utilizando metodologias Lean Manufacturing e ferramentas de solução de problemas;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e dos procedimentos internos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em gestão de produção industrial e liderança de equipes;
  • Vivência com gestão de indicadores industriais (OEE, Scrap, Eficiência, OTIF e produtividade);
  • Conhecimento em planejamento e controle da produção, melhoria contínua e gestão da rotina;
  • Conhecimento em ERP e Pacote Office.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência na indústria de embalagens metálicas;
  • Vivência em projetos de implantação, comissionamento ou startup de plantas industriais (Greenfield);
  • Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM e ferramentas de solução de problemas;
  • Certificação Lean Six Sigma;
  • Conhecimento em TOTVS, Power BI ou sistemas similares;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado
