Trabajo significativo desde el primer día

Cumplir con las normas y procedimientos en materia de seguridad establecidos por la organización para garantizar un espacio de trabajo seguro. Mantener el orden y control permanente en los registros y en las existencias físicas del bodega y expendio para surtir ágilmente los requerimientos de los clientes internos y externos. Llevar a cabo controles de inventarios y mantener altos niveles de calidad para las auditorías.

Lo Que Harás en Este Rol

● Participar activamente en el programa Toma 1.

● Recibir, registrar, identificar y resguardar el PT y materiales proveniente de los proveedores.

● Generar el ingreso de facturas y/o remisiones en el sistema SAP.

● Participar en la toma de inventarios mensuales y cíclicos con base al plan del Team Leader y la gerencia de las áreas de almacén (RTD, Alm. General y Tequilas).

● Atención a clientes que ingrese al expendio y generar los cobros correspondientes en el PTV, con base en la política de venta en expendio.

● Responsable de la adquisición de todos los materiales, servicios y suministros de oficina, con base a la política de adquisiciones.

● Concilia las cuentas diarias, mensuales y anuales del expendio en SAP y las reporta a Finanzas/Contabilidad Líder de cuentas por pagar.

● Genera facturación diaria, mensuales y coordina los pagos de servicios a proveedores en SAP ERP

● Apoyar en las actividades inherentes a la operación del equipo de operaciones de almacén.

● Resguardo de archivo y cobertura de posiciones de las áreas de almacén (RTD, Alm. general, Tequilas).

● Cumplir con las normas de aseguramiento de calidad y procedimientos de almacenes.

Qué lo hace único

● Buscamos una persona con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el ramo o en posiciones similares, con Licenciatura en Administración o carrera afín. Se requiere experiencia en el manejo de SAP, dominio del paquete Office y conocimientos en la administración de bases de datos. Deberá contar con experiencia en la toma y control de inventarios, así como conocimiento del proceso de surtimiento de materiales y producto terminado bajo el método PEPS (Primeras Entradas, Primeras Salidas). Buscamos un perfil con buena adaptación al cambio, organización y gestión efectiva del tiempo, además de contar con la capacidad física necesaria para cargar y jalar objetos pesados, de acuerdo con las actividades propias del puesto.
