Goed geregeld

  • Salaris: Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.060,- en € 4.070,- (o.b.v. 40 uur), ingeschaald op basis van jouw senioriteit en achtergrond.
  • 13x salaris:We betalen elke 4 weken uit, dus je ontvangt 13 keer loon per jaar.
  • Toeslagen: Werk je vroege uren, avonden of weekenden? Dan ontvang je duidelijke onregelmatigheidstoeslagen.
  • Uren & balans: 36 tot 40 uur per week
  • Reiskosten: € 0,23 per kilometer vanaf 10 t/m 25 km enkele reis.
  • Vakantie & pensioen: 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en een degelijke pensioenopbouw.
  • Ontwikkeling: Opleidingsmogelijkheden en coaching om je leiderschapskwaliteiten continu te blijven aanscherpen.

Wat je gaat doen

Als senior leidinggevende zorg je voor rust, overzicht en vooruitgang op de vloer. Jouw rol rust op drie duidelijke operationele pijlers:

  • Aansturen en coachen op de werkvloer: Je start de shifts scherp op, verdeelt de bezetting en bouwt aan een nuchtere werksfeer waarin collega's elkaar aanspreken en ondersteunen.
  • Processen analyseren en optimaliseren: Met jouw blik kijk je verder dan de waan van de dag; je signaleert verspilling, lost terugkerende knelpunten op en brengt structuur aan in de werkstromen.
  • Richting geven aan jouw afdeling: Samen stemmen we af waar jij de leiding neemt; bij de vroege vertrektijden en ritten binnen Transport, de doorstroom en orderverzameling in de logistiek, of de strakke administratieve en fysieke controle bij Voorraadbeheer.

De realiteit van de baan

De horeca staat nooit stil en elke discipline kent zijn eigen ritme. Bij transport vertrekken de eerste wagens al vroeg tussen 05.00 en 07.00 uur en binnen de logistiek draaien de shifts door in de middag en avond. Onze hallen bestaan uit reguliere opslag, koeling en diepvriescellen (-24°C).

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken een stevige persoonlijkheid die operationele processen doorziet en nuchtere kantine taal spreekt met het team.

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau: Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld in Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek of Supply Chain Management) of hebt aantoonbaar werkervaring.
  • Senioriteit en leiderschap: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van operationele teams, zonder de baas uit te hangen.
  • Analytisch en daadkrachtig: Je weet operationele data en KPI's moeiteloos te vertalen naar concrete acties en verbeteringen op de werkvloer.
  • Betrouwbaar: Afspraak is afspraak; op tijd komen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
