Join the team at Bill Cole Automall of Bluefield as an Automotive Product Specialist - Sales. In this role, you will be the expert on our vehicle lineup, helping customers find the perfect car while delivering exceptional service and product knowledge. You will collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Assist customers in understanding various automotive products and options to help them make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process and improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on latest automotive industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive products.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct product presentations as needed.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of dealership inventory and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or product specialization preferred.

  • Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Self-motivated with a willing attitude and a team player spirit.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
