Bill Cole Automall of Bluefield is seeking a skilled and motivated Express Technician to join our team in Bluefield, WV. In this role, you will be responsible for providing fast, efficient, and high-quality automotive service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. You will work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and teamwork are top priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and complete work orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and service procedures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably in express or quick service.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift heavy parts and tools as needed.
