Join Bill Cole Automall of Bluefield as a Technician, where you'll be an essential part of our team in Bluefield, WV. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. You will work with a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced automotive environment, utilizing your technical skills to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs including diagnostics, brake service, engine tune-ups, and electrical system troubleshooting.
  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and status updates.
  • Stay current on automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or relevant role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and software effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
