Analista de Trade Marketing / Consumo Masivo

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Analizar información de sell in, sell out, inventarios, cobertura y ejecución, identificando oportunidades por canal, cliente, punto de venta, categoría y SKU, y proponiendo acciones comerciales que impulsen los resultados del negocio.
  • Coordinar la implementación de los planes de Trade Marketing por canal, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, cronogramas, presupuestos e indicadores de gestión establecidos.
  • Desarrollar, actualizar y analizar reportes y dashboards de gestión, brindando información oportuna para la toma de decisiones relacionadas con ventas, ejecución en punto de venta, promociones e inversiones comerciales.
  • Controlar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto de Capex y Opex, gestionando órdenes de compra, provisiones, liquidaciones y desviaciones respecto al plan aprobado.
  • Gestionar la implementación, trazabilidad, inventario y mantenimiento de activos, exhibidores y materiales POP, garantizando su correcta ejecución y productividad en los diferentes canales de venta.
  • Coordinar con proveedores y áreas internas la producción, implementación y cierre de proyectos de Trade Marketing, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, plazos, evidencias y documentación requerida.
  • Evaluar los resultados de las iniciativas de Trade Marketing mediante el análisis de indicadores y KPIs, elaborando conclusiones y recomendaciones orientadas a la mejora continua y al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
  • Ejecutar otras funciones afines al puesto que contribuyan al logro de los objetivos del área.

¿Qué es lo que necesitas?

  • Bachiller de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Marketing o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Trade Marketing, inteligencia comercial, ventas, marketing o posiciones afines, preferentemente en consumo masivo.
  • Dominio de Excel a nivel avanzado.
  • Power BI a nivel intermedio - avanzado.
  • Experiencia en canales de consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia elaborando KPIs de Trade Marketing.
  • Experiencia gestionando y controlando presupuestos Capex/Opex, órdenes de compra y proveedores.
