Supervisor de Mantenimiento de Planta

Objetivo: Coordinar, asignar, ejecutar y supervisar la debida ejecución de los programas de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo que se realizan en los sistemas, maquinarias y equipos del proceso a su cargo.

Funciones:

  • Administrar y programar el mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de las maquinarias o equipos de planta.
  • Realizar la detección, seguimiento, análisis y verificación de maquinarias, velando por la calidad e inocuidad con el cumplimiento de las normas BRC y HACCP.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPI's de acuerdo a lo establecido por la compañía.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las rutinas y calidad de trabajo realizado por personal mecánico propio y externo.
  • Asegurarse del correcto uso de los equipos y vestimentas de seguridad de los colaboradores a cargo.
  • Actualizar las bitácoras de maquinarias.
  • Gestiónar y controlar el presupuesto asignado.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de órdenes de compra generadas por los mecánicos a su cargo.
  • Supervisar el inventario físico de refacciones críticas y la disponibilidad de refacciones para mantenimientos programados.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Electrónica y/o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en cargos similares, en el rubro de alimentos con personal mecánico a cargo.
  • Dominio de Excel y AutoCAD a nivel intermedio.
  • Domimio de software de mantenimiento y conocimiento en BRC y HACCP.
  • Dominio de indicadores del área.
  • Experiencia trabajando con ERP (Oracle o SAP).
