Supervisor de Ventas Canal Distribuidoras

Misión del puesto

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, cobertura y distribución en la región asignada, gestionando la relación con distribuidores locales, impulsando la ejecución en el punto de venta y asegurando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio en el canal.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y crecimiento de los territorios asignados siguiendo los procedimientos internos y las políticas de BPE y Grupo Bimbo.
  • Negociación de acuerdos comerciales.
  • Prospectar nuevos clientes.
  • Recabar información del mercado.
  • Velar por un manejo saludable de las cuentas por cobrar y la gestión de las líneas de crédito.
  • Apoyar el manejo de la FFVV de los distribuidores a cargo.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mercaderismo.
  • Realizar otras actividades inherentes al puesto.

Requisitos

¿Qué es lo que necesitas?

  • Egresados de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
  • Experiencia no menor de 4 años en el sector de Consumo Masivo canal tradicional.
  • Contar con Licencia A1. (Indispensable)
  • Excel a nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del Perú.
