Opezialist HR Operations & Systeme (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche). Freuen Sie sich auf eine unbefristete Anstellung mit langfristiger Perspektive.

Hier backen Sie mit - Ihre Aufgaben

  • HR Operations weiterentwickeln: Sie steuern die Schnittstellen zwischen HR, Finance, IT und Payroll und treiben die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer HR-Prozesse voran
  • Payroll & Zeitwirtschaft verantworten: Sie stellen eine rechtskonforme Entgeltabrechnung sowie eine zuverlässige Zeitwirtschaft sicher und beraten Fach- und Führungskräfte bei komplexen Fragestellungen
  • HR-Systeme betreuen: Sie entwickeln unsere Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftssysteme, insbesondere Sage HR Suite und ATOSS, weiter und konfigurieren Arbeitszeit-, Vergütungs- und Abrechnungslogiken
  • Digitalisierung vorantreiben: Sie identifizieren Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenziale und setzen diese gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern um
  • Daten analysieren: Sie erstellen Reportings, Auswertungen und Analysen und unterstützen bei Personalkostenplanung, Forecasts und Budgetprozessen
  • Stakeholder managen: Sie arbeiten eng mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern aus HR, Finance, IT und Payroll zusammen

Das Geheimrezept - Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Praxiswissen: Sie bringen mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft oder HR Operations mit
  • Fachliche Expertise: Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht
  • Systemkompetenz: Sie haben Erfahrung mit Payroll- und Zeitwirtschaftssystemen, vorzugsweise mit Sage HR Suite und ATOSS
  • Analysefähigkeit: Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Reporting oder Personalcontrolling zeichnen Sie aus
  • Internationale Kommunikation: Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Prozessverständnis: Sie begeistern sich für Daten, Systeme und Digitalisierung und erkennen Optimierungspotenziale schnell
  • Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten strukturiert, analytisch und verstehen es, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
