Wir suchen einen lösungsorientierten Automation Engineer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung sicherer, skalierbarer und mandantenfähiger Automatisierungslösungen, der unser Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle wirst du maßgeblich dazu beitragen, interne IT-Prozesse und Microsoft-basierte Kundenumgebungen durch intelligente Automatisierung effizienter und zuverlässiger zu gestalten. Durch die Standardisierung von Betriebsabläufen, die Reduzierung manueller Tätigkeiten sowie den Einsatz von Monitoring, automatisierter Remediation und Self-Healing entwickelst du zukunftsfähige Lösungen, die unsere Servicequalität nachhaltig verbessern.

Aufgaben

  • Automatisierung gestalten: Strategien und Standards für Windows-Umgebungen und Microsoft-basierte Kundeninfrastrukturen entwickeln.
  • Architekturen aufbauen: Skalierbare, mandantenfähige und zentral wartbare Automatisierungslösungen konzipieren.
  • Skripte entwickeln: Leistungsfähige PowerShell-Skripte, Module und wiederverwendbare Automatisierungsbausteine erstellen.
  • Prozesse automatisieren: Wiederkehrende Aufgaben in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID und Clientmanagement effizient automatisieren.
  • Systeme integrieren: RMM-, Monitoring-, PSA- und Dokumentationslösungen über APIs und Schnittstellen miteinander verbinden.
  • Betriebsabläufe optimieren: Monitoring, automatisierte Fehlerbehebung und Self-Healing-Mechanismen entwickeln und kontinuierlich verbessern.
  • IT-Services standardisieren: Bereitstellung, Konfiguration, Softwareverteilung und Wartung von Servern und Clients automatisieren.
  • Potenziale identifizieren: Manuelle Prozesse analysieren, Automatisierungsprojekte priorisieren und deren Mehrwert messbar machen.
  • Qualität sicherstellen: Produktive Automatisierungen testen, überwachen, dokumentieren und zuverlässig weiterentwickeln.
  • Wissen teilen: Technische Lösungen dokumentieren und das Technikteam bei deren Anwendung unterstützen.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Administration und Automatisierung, idealerweise im Systemhaus- oder Managed-Services-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute PowerShell-Kenntnisse und fundierte Erfahrung mit Windows Server, Clients, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID und idealerweise Intune
  • Erfahrung mit RMM-, Monitoring-Systemen, REST-APIs und Systemintegrationen
  • Kenntnisse in Git, Testing, Logging, Fehlerbehandlung und IT-Sicherheit
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer und mandantenfähiger Automatisierungslösungen
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse in Azure Automation, Azure Functions, Power Automate, Python, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD oder Infrastructure as Code.
