We zoeken iemand die al creëert. Iemand met ideeën, energie en een eigen stijl. Met beeld, vorm en media.

Misschien experimenteer je al op TikTok, LinkedIn of YouTube, monteer je video’s in CapCut of gebruik je AI tools om concepten te testen. En maak je mooie covers en designs via tools als Photoshop of Canva.

Bij Blackbirds krijg je de kans om dat talent te verscherpen en professioneel te maken.

Je leert binnen deze meewerkstage hoe je jouw ervaring in het creëren van snelle C2C content toepast binnen B2B context. Door ideeën uit te testen. Met shorts, video’s en campagnes die complexe thema’s zoals de werking van AI tot leven brengen. Ook in samenwerking met onze klanten en partners.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Vertalen van creatieve ideeën naar B2B social content met een eigen stijl en tempo
  • Maken van originele posts, shorts en visuals over AI, data en innovatie met de Blackbirds twist
  • Meedenken over formats voor LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram en onze Knowledge Hub
  • Opnemen en editen van video’s met onze experts zoals behind the scenes, mini interviews en storytelling
  • Community management: reageren, gesprekken aanjagen, klanten verbinden
  • Analyseren wat werkt zoals views, shares en engagement en daarop doorbouwen

Wat we van jou vragen

  • Je maakt bij voorkeur al content zoals video, tekst of visuals en kunt dat laten zien
  • Je ziet het als uitdaging om je creatieve C2C ervaring te vertalen naar sterke B2B campagnes
  • Je kunt snel schakelen: idee, check, uitvoeren. Of wilt dit nu echt eens leren. Niet blijven hangen maar doen
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar AI, innovatie en hoe technologie verhalen verandert
  • Bonuspunten als je ervaring hebt met AI-marketing tools, Canva of Photoshop of je ervaring hebt met het organiseren van events of acties.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels

Opleidingsvereisten

Je volgt een HBO of WO opleiding in een van de volgende richtingen:

  • Communicatie of Creative Business
  • Media en Entertainment Management
  • Digitale Media en Communicatie
  • Media Vormgeving

of vergelijkbaar.

Stageperiode: minimaal vier maanden

Startdatum: We hebben een stageplek beschikbaar vanaf begin september, startdatum bepalen we in overleg
