Medior Teamlead / Delivery Lead

Bij Blackbirds bouwen we AI-oplossingen die daadwerkelijk draaien. Op plekken waar het er echt toe doet. Voor het Ministerie van Defensie, Rijkswaterstaat, verzekeraars, facilitaire dienstverlening en zorginstellingen. En we groeien snel. Klantprojecten, productontwikkeling en implementaties lopen steeds vaker tegelijk, en dat vraagt om iemand die het geheel strak organiseert.

Daarvoor zoeken we een teamlead die klaar is voor de volgende stap. En die zin heeft om die stap bij ons te zetten.

Over Blackbirds

Blackbirds is een boutique AI- en dataconsultancy uit Rotterdam. We werken aan complexe data-, AI- en cloudvraagstukken voor organisaties die verder willen dan experimenten. We bieden onze diensten vanuit productoplossingen aan. Geen buzzwords, geen PowerPoint-consultancy: wel oplossingen die draaien en binnen de operatie van onze klanten aantoonbaar impact hebben. We zijn met 11 mensen, waarvan 8 in het development team, en naast deze rol staan er meer vacatures open.

De rol

Je stuurt ons development team dagelijks aan, samen met onze inhoudelijke leads: de product lead en de cloud & data lead. Zij bepalen de inhoud, jij zorgt dat het werk gepland, verdeeld, gemeten en opgeleverd wordt. Je bouwt mee aan de groei van het team en hebt de kans om door te groeien naar een bepalende rol binnen een snelgroeiende techclub.

Het is een groeirol. Zolang die nog geen fulltime leiderschapsrol is, help je mee in projecten en pak je een salesgesprek op als dat even nodig is.

Wat je gaat doen

Je brengt klantprojecten, productontwikkeling en klantimplementaties samen in één team en één ritme. Je stuurt op resultaat: heldere doelen, vaste opleveringen, zichtbare voortgang. Goede urenverantwoording vind je vanzelfsprekend, maar in de dagelijkse aansturing draait het bij jou om wat er geleverd wordt. Je geeft mensen verantwoordelijkheid, enthousiasmeert ze om die te pakken en maakt er samen een succes van. Met de inhoudelijke leads werk je aan werving, inwerken en ontwikkeling van het team. En in contact met klanten zie je waar we ze nog verder kunnen helpen.

Wat we zoeken

Geen uber senior, wel iemand die vanuit de inhoud is gegroeid en aan deze rol toe is. Bijvoorbeeld na een succesvolle groei bij een vorige werkgever, of omdat je dit de afgelopen een of twee jaar al hebt laten zien. Je hebt ervaring met Enterprise SaaS en techprojecten bij grote organisaties. Affiniteit met AI is een sterke pre. Je bent strak in structuur en warm en doortastend in contact.

Nederlands spreken is een vereiste. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam als uitgangspunt, want daar zit je team.
