The posting

Wil jij in de praktijk leren hoe je een contentstrategie ontwikkelt én uitvoert voor een snelgroeiend AI-bedrijf? En daarbij ontdekken hoe je AI slim inzet in je eigen vak?

Blackbirds is een AI-bedrijf uit Rotterdam. Met een team van ruim tien mensen bouwen we AI-oplossingen voor organisaties in de zorg, overheid, verzekeringen en logistiek. Denk aan slimmere roosterplanning in de zorg of het automatiseren van administratief werk, zodat professionals meer tijd overhouden voor waar het echt om draait.

Wat ga je leren?

In deze meewerkstage pas je toe wat je in je opleiding hebt geleerd, en ontdek je hoe dat werkt in de praktijk. De rode draad zijn twee contentstrategieën: één voor de zorgsector en één voor onze planningsoplossing. Daarbinnen werk je aan deze leerdoelen:

  • Onderzoeken: je analyseert de markt en doelgroepen, zoals zorgbestuurders en planners, en ontdekt welke vragen en uitdagingen bij hen spelen.
  • Positioneren: je leert een heldere boodschap te formuleren die aansluit bij de doelgroep en Blackbirds onderscheidt.
  • Strategie ontwikkelen: je bepaalt contentpijlers, kanalen en een contentkalender, en leert je keuzes te onderbouwen.
  • Content maken: je schrijft en maakt zelf content, van LinkedIn-posts tot artikelen, en leert complexe onderwerpen helder te vertellen.
  • Meten en bijsturen: je leert resultaten te analyseren en op basis daarvan je aanpak te verbeteren.
  • Werken met AI: je zet AI-tools gericht in bij onderzoek, strategie en contentcreatie, en leert kritisch te beoordelen wat ze opleveren.
  • Adviseren en presenteren: je presenteert je strategie aan het team en de oprichters, en leert omgaan met feedback.

Bij de start stellen we samen je persoonlijke leerdoelen vast, afgestemd op de eisen van je opleiding.

Hoe we je begeleiden

Je begeleider is onze Chief of Staff, met ruim 20 jaar ervaring in marketing en groei. Je hebt twee keer per week werkoverleg, elke twee weken een 1-op-1 over je ontwikkeling en dagelijks ruimte om te sparren. Tijd voor je schoolopdrachten hoort bij je stage.

Wie jij bent

  • Je zit in je derde jaar hbo, bijvoorbeeld Commerciële Economie, Marketing of Communicatie (wo-studenten zijn ook welkom)
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je bent creatief én denkt strategisch
  • Je schrijft graag en goed
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar AI, ervaring is niet nodig

Praktisch

  • Duur: 13 tot 20 weken, fulltime
  • Start: januari of februari 2027, in overleg
  • Locatie: ons kantoor in Rotterdam, 4 tot 5 dagen per week
