A Tensec está contratando um(a) Analista de Operações Financeiras (FinOps Analyst) para processar desembolsos das operações da empresa no Brasil. Você será responsável por garantir que os pagamentos destinados a clientes e parceiros sejam realizados diariamente com precisão e dentro dos prazos.

É um tipo de trabalho em que fazer tudo corretamente, de forma consistente, é fundamental para garantir o bom funcionamento dos pagamentos internacionais.

No dia a dia, você será responsável por processar os lotes diários de desembolsos, conferir cada operação com base nas respectivas instruções de pagamento, confirmar a liquidação junto ao banco e reconciliar os valores efetivamente pagos com aqueles que eram esperados. Também deverá identificar e sinalizar qualquer divergência antes que ela se transforme em um problema para o cliente.

O que você fará - Processar diariamente os desembolsos das operações da Tensec no Brasil, garantindo que os pagamentos sejam precisos, completos e realizados dentro do prazo;

- Validar as instruções de pagamento com base nos registros internos antes da realização dos desembolsos, identificando possíveis erros antecipadamente;

- Realizar a conciliação das operações de desembolso com extratos bancários e sistemas internos, identificando e sinalizando divergências;

- Coordenar-se com parceiros bancários para confirmar a liquidação dos pagamentos e acompanhar eventuais atrasos ou exceções;

- Manter registros e controles das operações de desembolso sempre atualizados e precisos;

- Apoiar a elaboração de relatórios de fechamento mensal relacionados ao volume de desembolsos e à situação das conciliações;

- Reportar prontamente divergências, atrasos ou padrões incomuns ao gestor e à equipe de Operações Financeiras;

- Apoiar demandas pontuais relacionadas às operações financeiras à medida que os negócios da Tensec no Brasil crescem.

- Mais de 2 anos de experiência em operações financeiras, operações de tesouraria, processamento de pagamentos/desembolsos ou funções semelhantes em bancos, fintechs ou empresas de serviços financeiros;

- Conhecimento prático dos meios e sistemas de pagamento brasileiros;

- Grande atenção aos detalhes, capacidade de identificar uma inconsistência em um número antes que ela se transforme em um problema;

- Facilidade para trabalhar com planilhas e realizar conciliações de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes;

- Inglês profissional para comunicação e coordenação com a matriz e as equipes internacionais da Tensec;

- Residir em São Paulo ou ter disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na cidade.
