Principais desafios da posição

Liderança comercial: coordenar a equipe, acompanhar indicadores e direcionar ações para o alcance das metas.

Desenvolvimento de negócios: identificar oportunidades, prospectar clientes e investidores e ampliar a carteira de negócios

Estratégias comerciais: planejar e executar ações para impulsionar vendas, locações e a rentabilidade da operação.

Gestão imobiliária: acompanhar a carteira de imóveis, garantindo a atualização das informações e a organização da documentação.

Negociação e relacionamento: conduzir e acompanhar negociações de compra, venda, locação e administração de imóveis, buscando soluções alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes.

Gestão de resultados: monitorar o desempenho comercial e propor melhorias para o crescimento sustentável da operação.

  • Habilidade para liderar e desenvolver equipes comerciais, direcionando esforços para o alcance de metas e resultados.
  • Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário, incluindo processos de compra, venda, locação e administração de imóveis.
  • Domínio de técnicas de negociação, contratos e processos imobiliários.
  • Visão estratégica, iniciativa comercial e facilidade para construir relacionamentos e parcerias.
  • Foco em resultados, capacidade de identificar oportunidades de negócio e impulsionar o crescimento comercial.

Formação

Superior em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas Pós-graduação ou MBA (diferencial)
