Estamos em busca de um(a) Faturista Júnior para integrar o time de uma empresa cliente.

O que você fará no dia a dia

Faturamento e emissão fiscal • Emissão de notas fiscais de venda e revenda; • Confirmação dos dados de faturamento, como preço, prazo, natureza da operação, condição de pagamento e remessas; • Emissão de remessa para conserto, devoluções, amostras e outras saídas em geral.

Transportes e movimentação de cargas • Emissão de Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico (CT-e) no módulo Gestão de Transportes, referente às viagens geradas pela frota da Brasquímica Transportes; • Operação de balança, aferindo a tara das carretas e obtendo o peso líquido dos volumes carregados e descarregados.

Documentação e escrituração fiscal • Escrituração dos documentos fiscais, tais como CT-e, DANFE, notas fiscais de serviço e matéria-prima, observando se todos os dados do documento condizem com o acordado; • Arquivo das notas de entrada e saída do mês, com auxílio dos livros fiscais, e envio ao arquivo inativo; • Separação de NF para envio ao setor contábil; • Arquivo de SPED Fiscal.

Cadastros e organização • Cadastro de itens estocáveis e não estocáveis e códigos de serviços, observando sua correta destinação e contabilização; • Manter o ambiente limpo e organizado.

Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 8h00 as 18h, com 1h para refeição.

Buscamos um profissional: Organizado, analítico e atento aos detalhes, com facilidade para cálculos, raciocínio lógico, proatividade e capacidade de resolução de problemas. É importante também ter senso de confidencialidade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas, com conhecimentos em faturamento.
