ERP-Systembetreuung Diamod (50 %)

  • Verantwortung für den operativen Betrieb und die Verfügbarkeit des ERP-Systems Diamod
  • Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Störungen und fachlichen Anforderungen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse rund um Produktdaten, Auftrags‑ und Händlerabwicklung
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie Betreuung der Schnittstellen zu SAP und weiteren angebundenen Systemen
  • Koordination von Releases, Updates und funktionalen Erweiterungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von System‑ und Prozessdokumentationen

SAP 1st Level Support (50 %)

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für SAP‑Anwender bei Incidents und Serviceanfragen
  • Annahme, Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von SAP‑Tickets
  • Lösung von Standard‑ und wiederkehrenden Anfragen (z. B. Berechtigungen, Bedienfragen, einfache Fehlerbilder)
  • Strukturierte Weitergabe komplexerer Themen an den 2nd Level Support
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Key Usern, Application Managern und Fachbereichen
  • Dokumentation von Lösungen und Unterstützung bei Anwenderschulungen

Entwicklungsperspektive: Der SAP 1st Level Support ist als Lern‑ und Entwicklungsfeld konzipiert. Ziel ist der systematische Aufbau von SAP‑, Prozess‑ und Anwendungswissen mit der Perspektive einer Weiterentwicklung in Richtung ERP‑/Applikation‑Betreuung oder 2nd Level Support.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT‑Umfeld (z. B. Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb, Support oder in der Betreuung von ERP‑Systemen wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in SAP sowie Verständnis für betriebliche Prozesse
  • Technisches Verständnis für Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Service‑ und Kundenorientierung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Anwendern
  • Eigenständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
