Deine Mission bei uns:

Als Abteilungsleitung Innendienst (m/w/d) übernimmst du die volle Personal- und Prozessverantwortung für unser Innendienst-Team. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Administration und Geschäftsführung und sorgst dafür, dass der Laden operativ wie am Schnürchen läuft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung & Entwicklung: Du leitest, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team weiter, setzt klare Ziele und schaffst eine motivierende Arbeitsatmosphäre.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe im Innendienst, identifizierst Stellschrauben und baust effiziente, skalierbare Strukturen auf.
  • Systemlandschaft: Du arbeitest sicher mit unserem Maklerverwaltungsprogramm sowie Zoho One und nutzt die Systeme optimal für reibungslose Workflows.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du behältst die Kennzahlen (KPI) im Blick und garantierst eine hohe Service- und Abwicklungsqualität.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Führungserfahrung: Du hast bereits erfolgreich Teams geführt und weißt, wie du die Kolleginnen und Kollegen begeistert, forderst und förderst.
  • Starke Leadership-Skills: Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe, bist entscheidungssicher, organisatorisch stark und bewahrst auch in dynamischen Phasen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • System-Affinität: Erfahrung mit Zoho One und/oder gängigen Maklerverwaltungsprogrammen wird sind wünschenswert.
  • Branchenkenntnisse: Erste Einblicke oder Grundkenntnisse in der Versicherungsbranche sind wünschenswert, aber kein Pflichtkriterium – viel wichtiger sind uns deine Führungskompetenz und deine Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Präsenz & Mindset: Du bist ein Teamplayer, der/die am liebsten vor Ort im Büro die Fäden zusammenhält und Präsenz zeigt (Homeoffice ist nach Absprache möglich).
