현재 대부분의 서비스를 Amazon EKS 기반으로 운영 중이며, 모니터링 파이프라인 고도화와 테스트 자동화, 배포 안정성 개선을 함께 이끌어갈 DevOps Lead를 영입하고자 합니다. 이미 완성된 조직이 아닌, 팀의 기술 방향을 직접 설계하고 함께 만들어갈 수 있는 환경입니다.

Key Responsibilities

  • 업무 운영체계 정립: 요청 우선순위 및 작업 전환 기준 수립, 제품/개발/보안 등 이해관계자와의 제공 범위 및 품질 합의, 운영 지표 개선으로 이어지는 과제 우선순위 리딩
  • CI/CD 파이프라인 설계 및 운영: 빌드·테스트·배포 자동화 아키텍처 설계 및 표준화, Blue-Green·Canary 등 무중단 배포 전략 수립, 개발팀 셀프서비스 배포 환경 구축을 통한 배포 리드타임 단축
  • 클라우드 인프라 아키텍처 및 운영: AWS/GCP 등 클라우드 인프라 설계·운영 및 비용 최적화, 컨테이너·쿠버네티스 기반 운영 환경 구축, Terraform 등 IaC 기반 형상관리
  • 운영 안정성 및 Observability: 모니터링·로깅·알림 체계 설계, 장애 대응 프로세스 구축 및 SLO/SLA 정의·관리, 가용성·배포 리드타임·변경 실패율·MTTR 등 운영 지표 측정 및 리포팅 체계 운영
  • 운영 자동화: 자동화 전략 수립 및 도구 간 API 연동, 반복 운영 작업 제거를 위한 자동화 플랫폼 도입
  • 기술 리더십 및 DevOps 문화 내재화: 팀원 채용 참여, 온보딩 설계, 기술 멘토링, 기술 의사결정 근거 문서화 및 경영진 커뮤니케이션, DevOps 문화 전파

Key Qualifications

  • DevOps 또는 인프라 엔지니어링 실무 경력 7년 이상, 혹은 이에 준하는 역량 보유자
  • 2년 이상의 리드 또는 시니어 포지션 경험, 혹은 팀 단위 리딩 경험 보유자
  • CI/CD 파이프라인을 직접 설계하고 조직에 정착시킨 경험 보유자
  • 다양한 요청과 업무를 구조화하여 팀이 핵심 과제에 집중할 수 있도록 만든 경험 보유자
  • AWS/GCP 등 퍼블릭 클라우드 및 컨테이너·쿠버네티스에 대한 높은 기술적 이해도 보유자
  • IaC 기반 인프라 운영 및 Observability 체계 구축 경험 보유자
  • 장애 대응 프로세스를 설계·운영하며 운영 안정성을 끌어올린 경험 보유자
  • 기술 이슈를 비즈니스 언어로 설명하고 타 부서와 합의점을 도출할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자
  • CKA, AWS Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer 등 관련 자격증 보유자 (우대)
  • 핀테크 또는 대규모 B2C 서비스에서 DevOps 체계를 제로베이스부터 구축한 경험 보유자 (우대)
  • 클라우드 네이티브 환경에서 운영 자동화 및 플랫폼 엔지니어링 도입 경험 보유자 (우대)
  • 운영 자동화 및 장애 탐지 고도화에 AI/LLM을 프로덕션 워크플로우에 실제 적용한 경험 보유자 (우대)
