당사의 고객사는 정부 지정 TIPS(민간투자주도형 기술창업지원) 운영사이자 창업기획자(액셀러레이터) 등록을 보유한 벤처캐피탈입니다. 초기 기술 스타트업 발굴부터 TIPS 추천, 후속 투자, 스케일업까지 전 주기를 아우르는 투자 밸류체인을 구축해 왔으며, 안정적인 운용 실적을 바탕으로 투자 조직을 확대하고 있습니다. 이번 채용은 TIPS 프로그램 운영을 총괄하며 포트폴리오사의 밸류업과 후속 투자 유치를 이끌 시니어 투자심사역을 영입하기 위한 자리로, 초기 투자 생태계에서 실질적인 의사결정 권한을 가지고 성장할 수 있는 기회입니다.

Key Responsibilities

  • 초기 기술 스타트업 발굴, 투자 심사 및 투자 집행
  • TIPS 프로그램 운영 총괄: 추천 기업 선정, 추천서 작성, 선정 이후 성과관리 및 창업진흥원, 한국엔젤투자협회 대응
  • 포트폴리오사 밸류업 및 후속 투자 유치 지원
  • 주니어 심사역 코칭 및 투자 심사 프로세스 고도화
  • 펀드 결성 및 LP 보고 업무 참여

Key Qualifications

  • 벤처캐피탈, 창업기획자(액셀러레이터), 신기술금융사 등에서 투자 심사 경력 10년 이상 보유자
  • TIPS 운영사 근무 경험 또는 TIPS 추천, 성과관리 실무 경험 필수
  • 초기 단계(Seed~Series A) 투자를 리드해 본 경험 보유자
  • 투자심의위원회 안건 작성 및 발표 역량 보유자
  • 창업기획자 등록 및 운영 실무 경험 보유자 (우대
  • 개인투자조합 또는 벤처투자조합 결성 및 운용 경험 보유자 (우대)
  • 팀 또는 본부를 리딩해 본 경험 보유자 (우대)
  • 이공계 배경 또는 딥테크, 바이오, 제조 등 기술 기반 산업 심사 경험 보유자 (우대)
