Sobre o time

O Senior Solutions Engineer integra o time de Blip Cred, atuando na evolução técnica de um Agente Financeiro Digital que orquestra jornadas conversacionais de crédito com o mercado financeiro, utilizando Spec Driven Development para traduzir complexidades do negócio em integrações de alta performance no WhatsApp, atuando no ciclo completo de desenvolvimento para acelerar a entrega de valor ao cliente final e garantir a rastreabilidade total de eventos na nossa infraestrutura de forma contínua.

Responsabilidades

  • Traduzir problemas de negócio em especificações técnicas via Spec Driven Development para otimizar o tempo e a qualidade de soluções complexas.
  • Construir integrações para arquiteturas multi-agente operando com o padrão Model Context Protocol e garantindo segurança em regras críticas.
  • Desenvolver soluções no ciclo completo atuando na criação de Gateways e Adapters e implementando portais de gestão para os nossos parceiros.
  • Implementar estratégias de otimização de custos e engenharia de contexto atuando ativamente na redução de consumo de tokens LLM do produto.
  • Estruturar testes de carga e segurança aproveitando a produtividade da IA para garantir a estabilidade da operação e auditoria das transações.

Qualificações

  • Fluência em desenvolvimento fullstack com domínio em C#/.NET para construção robusta de APIs e ReactJS no frontend.
  • Experiência prática com engenharia de software dominando requisitos e garantindo qualidade em arquiteturas de microsserviços.
  • Capacidade de traduzir regras complexas de negócios financeiros em desenhos técnicos escaláveis para bancos e fintechs.
  • Vivência prática com integração de sistemas via Webhooks e MCP além de modelagem em bancos de dados distribuídos e escaláveis.
  • Experiência aplicando ferramentas de IA generativa como RAG e Function Calling para automação de fluxos inteligentes.
  • Fluência em tomada de decisão e facilitação estratégica assumindo riscos calculados para definir a melhor arquitetura.
