Sobre o time

O Staff SRE integra o time de Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), atuando diretamente com as squads de plataforma para construir uma cultura de automação inteligente e garantir a estabilidade da infraestrutura durante a transição estratégica de cloud. O foco do time é reduzir a carga operacional por meio da evolução de pipelines, da adoção de práticas sólidas de observabilidade e da implementação de soluções escaláveis guiadas por inteligência artificial, criando um ambiente resiliente que sustenta o crescimento das nossas operações.

Responsabilidades

  • Articular soluções técnicas de infraestrutura com múltiplas squads de plataforma, alinhando estabilidade e entregas.
  • Estruturar a transição e a escalabilidade de ambientes em nuvem, garantindo a eficiência operacional do ecossistema.
  • Implementar estratégias de automação inteligente utilizando IA, reduzindo intervenções manuais na camada de infraestrutura.
  • Construir e escalar rotinas de observabilidade, conectando monitoramento a métricas táticas como SLI e SLO.
  • Evoluir a esteira de CI/CD para assegurar segurança, qualidade e fluidez nos fluxos de integração das squads.

Qualificações

  • Experiência prática operando e escalando infraestrutura em ambientes de nuvem (GCP e Azure) orientada a SRE.
  • Capacidade de orquestrar a camada de infraestrutura utilizando Kubernetes e automatizando fluxos com ferramentas de CI/CD.
  • Vivência prática estruturando e mantendo stacks robustas de observabilidade com foco analítico (Grafana, SLI e SLO).
  • Facilitação estratégica com stakeholders para alinhar as decisões de plataforma aos objetivos operacionais de longo prazo.
  • Fluência na adoção de inteligência artificial generativa aplicada a automações de infraestrutura e otimização de fluxos.
