1. 计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业，本科及以上学历 2. 具备 3 年及以上推荐系统相关经验，有 UGC 场景经验优先 3. 熟悉推荐系统完整链路（召回 / 排序 / 重排），并在至少一个方向有深入实践经验 4. 在重排策略上有实际经验，有标签驱动推荐经验优先
